Liston McEachron is currently the bivocational pastor of the Lighthouse Tabernacle Church in Mississauga, Ontario and also a member of the Canadian Apostolic Ministries. Pastor McEachron was ordained as a minister 31 years ago and has completed his Masters of Theology degree from Parkersburg Bible College, West Virginia, in June 1993. He was comprehensively involved in Christian ministries as an associate minister and Bible College instructor at Mount Zion Apostolic Church and Bible College, Toronto, Ontario for over 14 years.
He also went on two years sabbatical from his full-time job to do missionary and ministry work while pastoring a new church plant in Dominica, West Indies. While in Dominica, he actively supervised and participated in the construction of a church sanctuary with a seating capacity of 150 persons. This Mount Zion church is striving under the leadership of the Dominican membership.
Pastor McEachron is also one of the founding member of the Canadian Apostolic Ministries (CAM), established in 1999. CAM is a national fellowship association of Apostolic Pentecostal churches and ministers across Canada. In the past he served as Vice President of Operations and is currently one of CAM’s Board of Directors. As VP of Operations he was responsible for the planning of national conferences which has attracted 2000-4000 people annually. He was also jointly responsible for the general operations of the Canadian Apostolic Ministries.
Reverend McEachron completed a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering at Ryerson University, Toronto, in 1988. After graduation from Ryerson he worked at McDonnell Douglas Canada. He has been employed at one a Toronto’s premier hospital for over 30 years as a Biomedical Engineering Technologist, managing the Equipment Maintenance program at this institution.
Pastor McEachron has been married to Sheron McEachron for over 29 years and is the proud father of three very active sons.
