Elliott Earl Lloyd Thompson is a third generation Apostolic with a heart for God and His people. He is the second of four children born to Earl and Edris Thompson in Edmonton, Alberta.

Elder Thompson attends The Grace Mount Zion Apostolic Church in Mississauga, Ontario under the pastorate of Bishop Rodwell V. Anderson where he worships and plays an integral role in the life and leadership of the assembly. Industrious, Elliott is an able administrator who also serves in several capacities in the Canadian Apostolic Ministries (CAM). He is currently the national president for the CAM Youth Force.

Elliott’s ministry began at the early age of 15 when he preached his first sermon and taught his first Bible study. Fully surrendered to the call of God on his life, he was officially ordained to the ministry by Bishop C. O. Ricketts and Bishop Anderson at the tender age of 19 and has since ministered at several churches within Canada, England, the United States and Jamaica. With the wellbeing of the people and the furtherance of the Apostolic faith at heart, Elder Elliott continues to contribute to the Kingdom through mentoring, teaching, preaching, worship arts and administrative ministries.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Études françaises from Collège universitaire Glendon (York University) in Toronto as well as another undergraduate degree in Ministerial Counselling and a certificate in Biblical Psychology from the Mount Zion Apostolic Bible College in Toronto. In addition, Elliott earned a Master of Science degree in Education from Canisius College from Buffalo, New York. He is a member of the Ontario College of Teachers and he currently teaches elementary French Immersion with the Peel District School Board.

Elder Thompson is happily married to the charming Aesha Thompson and is the proud father of Savannah Monet, Cameron Alexander and Logan Elliott. Together, they reside in Caledon, Ontario.
